:: Attention Student Athletes ::
Completed Physical forms must be on file
by the first official practice of the season.

Forms for Athletic Physicals can be found here.

Students without a physical will not be allowed to try-out for a sport. For sports not requiring try-outs, a student cannot practice until a completed physical form is submitted. Completed physical forms from chiropractors and walk-in clinics will be accepted.

GEHS students planning to play a Spring sport must have a current physical on file.  Check with the Athletic Trainer or Mr. Simmons if you are unsure.  If the physical was done after May 1, 2013, and it is turned in, you are OK.

OHSAA Intradistrict Transfer Rules
Any student who establishes residency
at Glen Este High School, then wishes to transfer back to Amelia, must meet the requirements described in the document linked below to avoid being ineligible for one calendar year.
