Welcome to the West Clermont Health Services Department!
The West Clermont Health Team, including our school health assistants and nurses, have the primary focus of your child’s health and safety. Our elementary school clinics are staffed by trained health assistants under the direction of our District Supervising Nurse. Both the West Clermont Middle School and High School have health teams consisting of both a registered nurse and health assistants. We are responsible for coordinating and managing the health needs of students during the school day, as well as caring for ill and injured students, administer medications, and other medical procedures. The West Clermont Health Team takes great pride in the support and services we provide to our students and welcome communication from student families.
Please note that all students are required by Ohio law to have an Emergency Medical Authorization Form on file which needs to be completed each academic year by a parent/guardian during the InfoSnap registration process. Any medical changes that occur after the registration process should be communicated directly to your school's health team staff member.
